Boil advisory lifted for North Miami

NORTH MIAMI, Fla. (WSVN) -- A boil-water advisory has been lifted for several North Miami residents.

The precautionary order was issued Thursday for residents along 135th Street, from Northeast 22nd Avenue east to Biscayne Bay after a water main ruptured.

The leak was capped after a worker accidentally hit the pipe, sending water gushing everywhere.
