Report reveals Memorial Day Weekend victim did not fire weapon
MIAMI BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) -- The driver shot and killed by police in 2011 during Memorial Day Weekend never fired a weapon, according to reports.
The report reveals the victim did not have any gunpowder residue on him, indicating he never discharged a weapon.
Authorities stopped 22-year-old Raymond Herisse for speeding, and then sprayed his car with bullets. Herisse and three bystanders were killed.
