Water warning still in effect for Miami Beach
MIAMI BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) -- A water warning remains in effect for parts of Miami Beach after a bad break.
A wastewater line ruptured north of the Convention Center sending waste into nearby creeks and canals.
An advisory has been issued to limit contact with the Collins Canal along Dade Boulevard, between Meridian Avenue and Convention Center Drive.
Officials urge people to stay out of the waters of Biscayne Bay along the western shoreline of Miami Beach, from the MacArthur Causeway north of the 79th Street Causeway.
