Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z concert preparations underway
MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (WSVN) -- Preparations are underway for a major concert tour that ends in South Florida.
Two of music's biggest stars and thousands of fans will be making themselves at home at Sun Life Stadium, Friday night.
Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z are ending their Legends of the Summer tour in South Florida. "This is 14 of 14 shows. We all go home tomorrow. It's been a long few weeks," said Jay-Z production manager Bobby Schneider.
Crews are building the massive stage to get the production up and running before for the big night. "We come in about three to five days before and we do the stage," said Schneider. "We have three different stages, actually almost five stages."
Timberlake and Jay-Z have been on tour since mid July across the county.
Fans can expect throwback songs from Jay-Z and Timberlake. "It's a great show. The guys work together. It's a true collaboration from the artist in itself. They all work together, so it's not two separate shows. It's one big extravaganza," said Schneider.
Tickets in the lower level on the ninth row range from $1,700. Tickets on the upper level range about $115.
"People can expect a great show. If you're a Jay-Z fan, you're gonna leave here a Justin fan. If you're a Justin fan, you're gonna leave a Jay-Z fan," said Schneider.
The concert starts at 8 p.m. on Friday.
