Man charged in tow truck driver shooting
LAUDERDALE LAKES, Fla. (WSVN) -- The man prosecutors said is responsible for killing a tow truck driver has been indicted on a first-degree murder charge.
According to police, Triston Johnson shot David Herr in the head because he was upset about his car being towed.
The shooting occurred in July at an apartment complex along State Road 7 in Lauderdale Lakes.
If convicted, Johnson faces the possibility of life behind bars without parole.
