Weapons dealer faces judge
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (WSVN) -- A Dania Beach weapons dealer accused of trying to hire a hit man faced a judge Thursday morning.
Jason Simione, 39, appeared in court for a hearing in the cae against him. Police said he was trying to find someone to kill his wife and her family.
Investigators also said Simione kept a cache of weapons in case law enforcement came after him.
Simione is being charged with three counts of solicitation to commit murder, possession of a destructive device, culpable negligence and animal cruelty.
