Surveillance of SUV connected to attempted murder released
HIALEAH, Fla. (WSVN) -- Police have released a surveillance still image of a sport utility vehicle believed to have been driven by a man wanted for attempted murder.
Hialeah Police are searching for 44-year-old Gerardo Martinez Reygada. According to Hialeah Police spokesperson Carl Zogby, he's wanted for shooting at a group of people during an argument with another man, Monday night.
Zogby said Reygada fired at least six rounds at Amaury Ordonez-Rodriguez in the parking lot of Holiday Acres Mobile Home Park, located at 1401 W. 29th St., at approximately 7:35 p.m. Family members were also nearby. "No one was injured, but two mobile homes were damaged by bullets, placing several residents in direct danger during this indiscriminate shooting," Zogby noted.
Police believe Reygada could be driving a 2005 Silver Range Rover with Florida tag 798-LMZ. Hialeah Police consider him armed and dangerous. He has a criminal history that includes burglary and domestic violence.
Anyone with information on Reygada's whereabouts should call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS. Remember, you can always remain anonymous, and you may be eligible for a reward.
