Local fraternity won't face criminal charges
MIAMI (WSVN) -- No charges will be filed against an Florida International University fraternity accused of bad behavior.
The university told 7News, Pi Kappa Alpha, also known as "Pikes," will not be facing criminal charges but could still face disciplinary actions with the university.
The fraternity's Board of Directors suspended its chapter at FIU after a slew of Facebook postings revealed a history of disruptive behavior, drug use and other campus violations.
