Sick ship gets extensive cleaning
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (WSVN) -- A cruise ship is undergoing a widespread cleaning at Port Everglades after hundreds of passengers reportedly became ill on board.
Officials said more than 200 passengers fell ill with a stomach flu on board a Holland America cruise ship. They were in the middle of a 17-day Trans-Atlantic voyage at the time.
The cleaning has delayed the ship's next departure until early Monday morning.
