Grenades found inside apartment
HOLLYWOOD, Fla. (WSVN) -- The Broward Sheriff's Office is investigating a box of grenades found inside an apartment.
The BSO Bomb Squad collected the grenades at the Hallmark of Hollywood Condominium just north of Hallandale Beach Boulevard on South Ocean Drive.
A man found the grenades after he cleaned out his late father's apartment. Officials said the grenades date back to World War II.
An officer on scene said at least one of the grenades was live.
