Girl Scout cookies are here again
NORTHWEST MIAMI-DADE, Fla. (WSVN) -- The Girl Scout cookies have finally arrived and they're back with a few new tasty surprises.
Girl Scout troops from all over Miami-Dade and Broward County are getting their first cookie shipment of the season.
This year's cookies include the classic Samoa, Thin Mint and the newest cookie, Dulce de Leche.
The 80-year-old tradition helps scouts gain leadership and entrepreneurial skills.
Money from local cookie sales stays in the South Florida area.
