Venetian Causeway closed temporarily

MIAMI (WSVN) -- The Venetian Causeway is scheduled to close temporarily.

The closure will take place on Friday and last through May 31st.

Construction crews will be making some much needed repairs.

Only residents who live on the Venetian will be able to use the bridge going westbound. Walkers and bike riders will not be able to use the bridge.

Drivers can use the MacArthur Causeway as a detour.
