Fire rescue tire shatters South Florida business window

Fire rescue tire shatters South Florida business window

DANIA BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) -- A South Florida business is cleaning up after a fire rescue truck tire shattered their window.

The tire popped off a Dania Beach Fire Rescue truck while responding to a medical call and hit the window of "U.S.A. Air Duct Cleaners," located at 2231 Griffin Road in Dania Beach.

An employee inside the business suffered minor cuts and scrapes from the shattered glass. "All of the sudden I heard a very loud noise. It sounded like a bomb. I looked out the street, and the next thing you know the wheel flew off and went right into our building," said Doron Zib.
