One more of trio of UM student robbers under house arrest

MIAMI (WSVN) -- Two of three teens accused of robbing a pair of University of Miami students appeared in court Thursday morning.

Andre Jones and Michael Wasson have now been released to their parents and placed under house arrest.

The third, Felipe Bugueno, remains behind bars.

Police said the trio, who are all 17 years old, robbed two UM sophomores Tuesday night, near the University Metrorail station.

Investigators said the suspects fled to a nearby CVS drugstore, where two other UM students overheard them talking about the robbery. Police then arrived and arrested them.
