Three involved in hit and run released from hospital

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. (WSVN) -- Three people hurt in a fiery hit and run crash have been released from the hospital.

The multi-car crash shut down parts of Interstate 95 in Hollywood and Dania Beach last week.

In all, four people were rushed to the hospital and one innocent driver was killed.

Police said 23-year-old Jacob Payne, who survived the crash, was at fault.

Investigators are still trying to determine whether alcohol played a role in the crash.
