House fire leads to grow house

NORTHEAST MIAMI-DADE, Fla. (WSVN) -- A fire at a South Florida home has lead authorities to discover a grow house.

Firefighters quickly extinguished the blaze inside the home near Northeast 12th Avenue and 200th Terrace at 5:45 a.m.

Once inside, police said they discovered several marijuana plants.

There was no one home at the time and there is no word yet on what ignited that fire.
