MIAMI (WSVN) -- A murdered model's boyfriend returned to the place she was last seen alive in search of answers.

The couple was vacationing in South Florida for New Year's when tragedy struck. Kevin Klym joined a private investigator to find 26-year-old Paula Sladewski's murderer and spoke to those who frequent the area. "He wanted to see if he could recognize any bouncers at Club Space," said private investigator David Wasser.

Earlier this week, police released a sketch of a man who a witness saw with Sladewski shortly before her Jan. 3 murder. The model's body was found burning in a dumpster in North Miami that evening. Police said Klym is a person of interest, but no arrests have been made. He, however, is not giving up his search for the person responsible. "I'm passing out posters, right now we have a $15,000 reward for anyone that's seen her. There's a sketch out right now," Klym said.

Klym flew down to South Florida from Michigan, asking for help outside Club Space in Downtown Miami, where Paula Sladewski was last seen alive last month. "We're handing this out to people on the street that don't watch the news, this is their form of media," said David Wasser, the private investigator. "There's a lot of guys on the street that we've been speaking to today that haven't been approached by anybody. We're giving them information, and hopefully something will come out of this."

Klym said the sketch looks like one of the bouncers he had a couple of encounters with the day his girlfriend was killed. "It looks like one of the bouncers that escorted me out of the club," he recalled. "There were several gentlemen approaching her on the dance floor, and it was time to go. I took her by the waist, and she says, 'I don't want to go.' The bouncers were on me immediately, taking me outside the club."

If you have any information that can help find Sladewski's murderer, call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS. Remember, you can always remain anonymous, and you may be eligible for a reward.
