Miami-Dade Commission votes on fire rescue operations
MIAMI (WSVN) -- The Miami-Dade County Commission is scheduled to vote today on a plan to consolidate all fire rescue operations.
If the measure passes, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue would provide service to the cities of Miami, Hialeah, Miami Beach, Key Biscayne and Coral Gables.
If the commission approves the plan today, the resolution would be put to voters in November.
