Police search for jewelry robber

SOUTHWEST MIAMI-DADE, Fla. (WSVN) -- Police are searching for a woman accused of making a very pricey purchase with a stolen credit card.
According to surveillance video, a woman purchased more than $8,800 worth of jewelry from the Five Stars Jewelers located at Southwest 152nd Street and 138th Avenue.
Officials said the credit card used for the purchase along with the driver's license she used were bogus. "She is facing charges of grand theft and also fraudulent use of a credit card and also possession of a fictitious driver's license," said Miami-Dade Police Detective Rebecca Perez.
Amongst the items the woman bought are a $2,400 gold chain and a $5,800 Rolex watch.
