South Florida church celebrates anniversary after fire incident

SOUTHWEST MIAMI-DADE, Fla. (WSVN) -- Members of a South Florida Catholic church marked a milestone seven months after flames tore through their place of worship.

St. Catherine of Siena Church held a special mass to celebrate its 40th anniversary Sunday.

Back in March, surveillance video captured two teenage boys leaving the church around the same time a fire started.

Charges against the teens were eventually dropped due to a lack of evidence.
