Former head of Republican Party pleads guilty
NEAR ORLANDO, Fla. (WSVN) -- The former head of the Florida Republican Party, copped a plea to some dirty politics.
Jim Greer pleaded guilty to grand theft and money laundering in a central Florida courtroom.
He's accused of funneling nearly $200,000 from the party to his private consulting firm.
Greer faces a minimum of 3 1/2 and a maximum of 35 years when he's sentenced next month.
