Fans ready for Game 3 of NBA Finals

MIAMI (WSVN) -- Miami Heat fans have come from near and far to South Florida to score tickets to the hottest game in town.

On Saturday, tourists went to the AmericanAirlines Arena to purchase Heat gear, get an up-close view of the arena, and possibly buy tickets to Sunday night's game. Heat fan Hamzeh Afani said, "We came from Canada, all the way from Canada. Never seen an NBA game before in my life."

"My parents are visiting from the Philippines," said fan Hannah Celino, who purchased some Heat gear while at the AAA. "Everything white, basically. Gotta make sure we're dressed up for our Heat tomorrow."

While Miami Heat T-shirts, jerseys and other merchandise are easy to come by at the arena, tickets for Game 3 are not. "Everything is sold out here," said Afani.

Heat fan Rowan Bucknell agreed. "I'll probably come down here, try to get in. If not, [I'll] watch [the game] at a sports bar or something," Bucknell said.

Game 3 tickets are very pricey. On Stub Hub, standing room only tickets are selling for $170 a pop, but courtside tickets are selling for as much as $23,000. "Twenty-three grand?" asked Afani. "If I could afford that, I would definitely pay."

Celino managed to score tickets through her family ties. "We're actually relatives [of the coach]," she said.

Many fans said they will try to get tickets online, and some said they will probably turn up at the AAA on Sunday to see if they can score some last-minute tickets to the game.
