Heat star surprises fan after game

UNDATED (WSVN) -- Heat star Dwyane Wade makes a fan's dreams come true.

Miami took on the Timberwolves in Minnesota last night. After the game, Dwyane Wade surprised one of his biggest fan, 13-year-old Tess Mountain.

Mountain suffers from a rare genetic disorder. Her family started a Facebook petition to set up the meet and greet. Both teams made sure it happened. "A ton of people contacted us just like Timberwolves people and Miami, and I guess because a lot of people were calling them, so they just decided to set something up for us," said Tess's sister Bridget Mountain.

Wade posted a photo of him and Tess on his Instagram account.

Tess plays basketball in the Special Olympics.
