Tropical Storm Neki heading north in Pacific

HONOLULU (AP) -- Tropical Storm Neki is moving north in the central Pacific with little change in strength expected.

Neki's maximum sustained winds late Sunday are near 40 mph.

The storm is centered about 470 miles northwest of Lihue, Hawaii, and is moving at about 14 mph.
