French man prepares to climb Cuba hotel
HAVANA -- A real-world Spiderman has picked a new skyscraper to scale.
Alain Robert, better known as the French Spiderman has his eyes set on the historic 27-story hotel Free Havana in Cuba.
Robert will climb without a safety line.
He said his crew has inspected the building and he's ready to go. "This building is symbolizing the revolution," said Robert. "I know it became the headquarters of Fidel Castro during the revolution, so it is a very meaningful building."
Robert will attempt the climb on Monday.
