ANKARA, Turkey (AP) -- A high-speed train derailed in western Turkey on Friday, news reports said. There were no reports of injuries.

The engine and three cars of the train derailed when it tried to switch tracks near the city of Eskisehir, some 220 kilometers (135 miles) west of Ankara, the state-run Anatolia news agency said. The train was traveling from Ankara to Eskisehir.

There have been several fatal train accidents in Turkey in recent years. The latest accident occurred in August, killing five passengers.
