MIRAMAR, Fla. (WSVN) — A woman was killed, Friday, after a palm tree came crashing down on her vehicle.
According to police, a woman driving a white SUV lost control of her vehicle and slammed into a palm tree, which caused the tree to come crashing down.
She passed away on the scene.
The tragic accident occurred along the southbound lanes of the Florida turnpike, just north of Red Road.
