Seaside Noodles from Grill it

Ingredients:

4 lb. of shrimp, cleaned and deveined1/2 of a jalapeno pepper1 red pepper, diced1/2 of a red onion, diced1 oz. of garlic, minced3 Tbs. of extra virgin olive oilsea salt, to taste6 oz. of tomato sauce16 oz. of cooked noodles (one box)1 cup of black olives 1 cup of cheddar cheese

Method of Preparation:

-Start by making a sauce. In a food processor or blender, mix jalapeno pepper, red pepper, red onion, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, a little sea salt and tomato sauce.

-Then, place the sauce in a baking pan and stir in the shrimp.

-Bake the shrimp in a 475 degree oven for 5-7 minutes. Then, give it a stir and bake again, for another 5 to 7 minutes.

To Plate:

Serve the shrimp over cooked noodles and top it with black olives and cheddar cheese. You can serve the shrimp over a salad, rice or inside a healthy wrap.
