WSVN -- Get rid of your negative thoughts about buffets, we promise you'll line up for this one.

Amanda Bonifay: "I think I've been here 10 times already."

The new "POC" Restaurant in Coral Gables offers a budget brunch that will blow you away.

Will Lin: "The variety and quality and value is what we stand for."

First, let's talk sushi. It's one of the unique highlights of the buffet. It's so fresh and a former chef from Nobu in New York creates about 40 different rolls.

Amanda Bonifay: "Spread of amazing sushi that I can eat all I want of, and it's very high quality and very fresh. I have my JB roll which is a favorite."

Will Lin: "Nothing on the sushi bar lasts more than 30 minutes. Nothing."

Moving down on the line, there are about 120 other items from a raw bar filled with crab legs and shrimp to a hot bar with hits like grand marnier shrimp and executive chef Johnny Hong Kong's famous fried rice.

Chef Johnny Hong Kong: "My secret ingredient is to put a lot of air in to my rice. That's what makes it so fluffy. Once you taste it you won't forget about it."

For the brunch traditionalists, there's a made-to-order station where they'll whip up crepes, omelets and waffles.

Kohji Tunge-Customer: "My favorite part of this is the omelets and the crepes."

Get this, the brunch is only $14.95 and here's the part you're really going to love.

Will: "$7 bottomless Mimosas or Bloody Marys. All you can drink, as much as you can drink."

Kohji Tunge: "It's a pretty good way to start the Sunday morning."

If you're looking for an inexpensive brunch where you can relax indoors or out pull up a chair at "Angelique Euro Cafe" on Miracle Mile.

Carlos Rossi: "It is a European cafe. We do food from Spain, Italy, France and Belgium. We try to get the best of what those countries have to offer."

All the dishes are a la carte from sweet treats like Belgium waffles and Fench toast to an omelet from Spain with chorizo and manchego cheese or something heartier like steak frites.

Eileen Conlon: "The frites here are the best you'll find in Coral Gables. They're thin they're crunchy."

For the people who had too much drink the night before, a burger appropriately named "The Hangover."

Carlos: "It's a huge burger. 10 ounce with angus beef. We put an egg on top of that. It's a mountain of burger that will revive you."

The owner carlos offers wines from around the world starting at just six bucks a glass. And unlimited mimosas for $14.

Carlos: "You can have as many mimosas as you want. People try to drink us under the table and have a lot of fun."

So grab the brunch bunch and enjoy every second before monday comes again.

Belkys Nerey: "Here's something else great both places offer brunch on Saturdays and Sundays."
