WSVN -- Partying is going to new heights in South Florida, so push "R" for some rooftop fun.
The Townhouse Hotel just reopened it's famous rooftop lounge high above South Beach.
Colleen Graham, Townhouse Hotel: "It was one of the first rooftops that ever opened 10 years ago and it was so cutting edge."
This is the way it used to look and this is Townhouse now.
Melissa Katz: "It's like the grownup version."
The rooftop is loaded with beautiful, new furniture and some elegant extras.
Colleen Graham: "The most amazing thing about this roof is our new wraparound bar around the art deco water tower and the new long sushi table."
What hasn't changed is the rocking view. It's worth it just to come for sunset cocktails.
Melissa Katz: "What you get on this rooftop is a little bit all of it. You get the city, you get the beach, you get the breeze, you get the sunset."
Another perk, the hotel's sushi restaurant Bondst Street is now serving food on the rooftop.
Colleen Graham: "It's a modified menu, it's sushi rolls, sashimi, salads, edamame. We've created a new dishes up here as well as a cocktail menu too."
Brandon Grant: "Love the bar, love the new furniture, just love the ambiance and I'm just glad it's back."
If you want to raise the level of luxury and sophistication for a night head up to rooftop at The Webster Store in South Beach.
Michelle Wright" "The breeze, the scenery, the DJ is good, and of course the cocktails are wonderful."
The once, uber-expensive restaurant Caviar Kaspia is throwing a chic happy hour on their rooftop on Friday nights that almost everyone can afford.
Keith Woiszwillo, GM, Caviar Kaspia: "Initially, Kaspia was kind of this untouchable thing that was high luxury, and we tried to make it more accessible. We have two-for-one-drinks, our wine, our champagne, premium wells."
Sip fine bubbly and enjoy complimentary light bites while a DJ spins some cool tunes.
Nicole Rodriguez: "I think it's a great happy hour for Fridays. It's very chill and low key."
The space is very intimate, so you'll be able to soak up their amazing views in your own area.
Keith Woiszwillo: "Great views of the ocean which you can see behind me, it's a beautiful view of Collins."
So go live the high-life, the views are much better up here.
The happy hour at Kaspia lasts until about 11 p.m., soon they'll also offer a rooftop brunch.
