Officials investigate unauthorized Justin Bieber police escort

Posted: Updated:

OPA-LOCKA, Fla. (WSVN) -- Officials are investigating an unauthorized police escort after, they said, pop singer Justin Bieber was escorted out of a private airport by Opa-locka Police, when he arrived in South Florida, Monday.

Bieber's private jet landed at Opa-locka Airport Monday night. A bystander then recorded an Instagram video of Opa-locka Police officers escorting Bieber's black sport utility vehicle out of the airport.

The incident is now under investigation by the Opa-locka Police Chief.

Opa-locka Assistant City Manager David Chiverton said, "It was unauthorized. The police administration had no knowledge of this escort, and it is not the norm for those things to occur without the chief and his administration authorizing such escorts."

The marked Opa-locka Police cruisers protected Bieber on his one-night South Florida party stop. "At some point the escort took him to at least two locations that we know of," said Chiverton.

Bieber was first spotted at Mansion night club on South Beach before going to the King of Diamonds strip club in North Miami Beach, later that night.

The club then tweeted out: "Justin Bieber just ordered 75k ones." However, King of Diamonds club operator Disco Rick went on the radio Wednesday and denied Bieber dropped so much money.

The club's manager said, the 19-year-old star partied in the no-drinks section of the club for about an hour before heading back out with the unauthorized police officer.

Police continue to investigate Bieber's unauthorized escort to see which officers were involved and what protocol was followed.

Back in August, Miami Heat player LeBron James landed Miami Police officers in hot water when he posted an Instagram video of him being escorted to Sun Life Stadium.

It's all about the seven year itch for Maxi Priest. That's how long its been since the Reggae singer has released an album, but he got those creative juices flowing and he's back with "Easy to Love."

Kindness and charm, unlike the people that live in Sin City, and i'm not talking about Vegas either. Things have changed in the town of Sin as in the motion picture while others have stayed the same. The cast of the movie told Deco what's new in part two.?
