February is the month for love, and a steamy night out at a restaurant is all about the right atmosphere and food. 7’s Belkys Nerey shows us some of the most romantic tables in Miami, in tonight’s Style File.

WSVN — Nothing stokes the flames of love better than waterfront dining.

Sami Cohen, General Manager, Seasalt and Pepper: “Seasalt and Pepper has a unique location, any table you sit, you have a direct water view.”

Seasalt and Pepper is one of the hottest restaurants right now, with its prime spot on the Miami River. Their vote for most romantic table goes to Table 810 on the dock, which offers the perfect view of the water and Brickell

Sami Cohen: “We have already hosted Jay-Z and Beyoncé at our romantic Table 810.”

When it comes to feeding your love, indulge in the aphrodisiacs of the sea.

Sami Cohen: “What we call the seafood aphrodisiac is the oysters with the caviar. We serve a seafood casserole with Florida and Maine lobster, clams, shrimps, scallops all cooked in a wood-fired oven.”

Brittany Wagner: “The food is delicious. You have the water, Brickell, you have the boats, you have it all in one restaurant.”

Extra tip: Add some spice to your night with their signature cocktail, The Caliente Crush.

Sami Cohen: “It’s hot, and you need to be hot on Valentine’s Day.”

If soft lighting gets you in the mood, make a reservation at the new Petit Miami restaurant in Miami’s Sunset Harbour neighborhood.

Piero Unione: “We don’t have lights in our restaurant. We use the illumination made with the candles all over the place.”

Cuddle up at an intimate table inside, or outside in their beautiful courtyard.

Piero Unione: “As soon as you step outside, you see all these trees full of lights. Outside will definitely be my perfect place to have my dinner with my date.”

They suggest the salmon tartare, scallops or pasta with mussels to ignite passion.

Piero Unione: “You close your eyes and have a taste of pasta, and you will feel at home in Italy.”

On Miami’s Upper East Side, wine and dine your date at the table inside the wine room at Via Verdi Cucina Rustica.

Fabrizio Carro, owner, Via Verdi Cucina Rustica: “In the wine room there is a lot of privacy. You can close the door, you can play your own music. The light can go lower if you like. It’s a special room.”

You’ll be surrounded by wines from different regions, so that means all the vino you want is at your fingertips. And with their tapas menu, this date doesn’t have to break the bank.

Fabrizio Carro: “We have these $5 items and you can share, and if you pick five items from our menu you only pay $23.”

Fabrizio Carro: “You must have veal meatball, the polenta with truffle sauce, you can’t miss our prosciutto.”

And there’s nothing sexier than sharing your food.

Via Verdi says their wine room opens up for reservations every two hours.
