The South Beach Wine and Food Festival kicks off next week and even if you don’t have tickets you can still be part of the goodie action. 7’s Belkys Nerey wines and dines us in tonight’s Style File.

WSVN — If you didn’t snag tickets to Rachael Ray’s Burger Bash next Friday night, The Ritz-Carlton South Beach is throwing their own party called “Burgers and Binoculars.”

Amol Agarwal-Executive Chef, The Ritz-Carlton South Beach: “Flipping burgers ’til midnight.”

From 6 p.m. to midnight, grab a seat at the Dilido Beach Club for a front row view of the Burger Bash tent. You’ll get to order the same burger their chef created for the competition.

Amol Agarwal-Executive Chef” “It’s called a Spicy Chorizo Burger. All wagyu beef, the Latin flavors of chorizo. Then we brought in this Mexican chihuahua cheese. A little spicy aioli, which gives extra smokiness and spice to this burger.”

The Ritz chefs will also be flipping four other types of gourmet burgers.

Amol Agarwal-Executive Chef of The Ritz-Carlton: “A medianoche burger with crispy onions and some really nice grilled pork. This one is the triple decker. The beef, pastrami and the pastrami is mixed with pork belly.”

And for you stalkers, you’ll get binoculars so you can play “I spy” on your favorite Food Network chef inside the Burger Bash tents.

If you’re looking for some free fun, The South Beach Wine and Food Festival is partnering with The Miami International Film Festival to showcase a goodie flick next Sunday.

Lee Brian Schrager-Founder, Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival: “We will be doing the Southeast premiere of Soul of a Banquet, which is a charming movie about the life of Cecilia Chiang. Chiang is a 94-year-old Chinese woman who’s credited with bringing and expanding Chinese food here in America. Her son is Philip Chiang of P.F. Changs, so great story there.”

Grab a blanket and some delicious food of your own and secure your spot in front of the new world symphony’s wallcast to watch the movie.

And if you want a delicious pairing of film and food you can spring for the $175 VIP ticket.

Lee Brian Schrager-Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival: “There will be a private VIP area right here. There will be a reception with cast and crew, food from Thierry’s Catering. Following it, all of our guests are going to be transported to the Metropolitan by COMO and there will be a dinner with the cast of the film.”

Belkys Nerey: “Another goodie event to put on your radar: Tongue & Cheek Restaurant in South Beach is hosting a luncheon next Friday with Food Network chef Robert Irvine. Tickets are $75.”
