Clumsy crook falls before stealing cash drawer from 7-Eleven

POMPANO BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) -- Surveillance cameras captured an armed robber falling to the floor after jumping over the counter at a South Florida convenience store.

The robbery took place just before 1 a.m. at the 7-Eleven at 1500 S. Cypress Rd. back on Jan. 8. Investigators said the crook confronted two clerks before jumping over the counter and making off with the cash drawer.

Broward Sheriff's Office detectives are looking for a middle-aged black man, who stands about 6 feet tall and weighs about 250 pounds.
