From burgers to bubbles, and desserts to drinks, The South Beach Wine and Food Festival has something for everyone. And this Sunday night is best of the munchies. So what's munchie food? It's no fuss, something you want to eat late at night, and the calories don't count.

Raise a glass and grab a fork. The South Beach Wine and Food Festival is filling you up on munchies. Celebrity Chef Andrew Zimmern is hosting the Best of the Munchies event.

Mercadito in Midtown is known for their tacos, and they think their fan fave will win it all during the festival.

Yves Stoopen: "We're doing a Tacos Estilo Baja. It's a beer battered mahi-mahi with Mexican cole slaw. It's a fried fish that is battered in Negra Modelo beer, so it's very crunchy and it's tasteful."

Yum! Tacos made out of late night must-haves, beer and fried food.

Yves Stoopen: "It's a great taco. It has lots of flavors to it. It's great for munchies and its great for any other time of day."

Over at The Embassy in the Design District, Chef Alan Hughes believes he's come up with the winning entry.

Chef Alan Hughes: "We're doing a lamb burger with onion confit, pickled radishes and cucumbers and goat cheese."

Chef knew he was on the right track from the very first bite.

Chef Alan Hughes: "The combination that I picked with the crunchiness of the cucumber and the radishes and the goat cheese, it's so yummy, you know?"

Yummy is important, especially when it comes to the munchies, a subject chef seems to know quite well.

Chef Alan Hughes: "Munchies is when you're having a good time and then you suddenly are hungry again, so, you know, those are called the munchies."

Make no mistake, chef has complete faith in his dish.

Chef Alan Hughes: "The lamb burger's gonna nail the Munchie."

Finally, some say these empanadas are the bomb.

Chef Tara Abrams: "There's everything in there, there's jalapeños, black beans, roasted corn, our rotisserie chicken, cilantro, lots of lime juice. Not really spicy, nice little balance, little acid, little sweet, touch of spice from the jalapeño."

The chef at Public House in Fort Lauderdale put fresh, tasty ingredients together and says these babies are the munchiest of the munchies.

Chef Tara Abrams: "It's just good comfort food, you can share it with everybody, just hits to the heart."

Sounds like they're in it to win it.

Chef Tara Abrams: "Absolutely."

Mmmm, I just hope I have enough room for everything!

Chef Tara Abrams: "It's one of the last events for SoBe Food and Wine Fest, so you get some of the best of the restaurants around town. Everybody is gonna be hung over at one point, so the munchies will be the best part about it."
