LOS ANGELES (WSVN) -- The three South Florida children found in California six days after their mother allegedly abducted one of them and fled the state with all three are expected to fly back home, Sunday.

A representative with Miami-Dade Schools Police arrived on the West Coast on Saturday and tweeted a picture of him with Derrick, Erin and Steven Pena.

Officials said the boys will be returned to their father, Steven Pena, who was granted full custody on Friday.

The children's mother, Carrie Weingarth, and her boyfriend, Christian Coello, were both arrested in California, Thursday. They remain behind bars, accused of abducting 12-year-old Erin Pena from Gulfstream Elementary School in Cutler Bay, Feb. 14.
