NORTH MIAMI, Fla. (WSVN) -- The family members of a missing woman are asking the community of North Miami to help them find their loved one.

Noemi Gonzalez, 54, went missing from her home on Feb. 11. Family members are concerned because Gonzalez suffers from epilepsy.

Gonzalez' family members distributed flyers Friday in North Miami at Mayor Tondreau's Information Fair, at the Joe Celestin Center at 1525 N.W. 135th St.

According to her family, Gonzalez was last seen by her son Pedrito Gonzalez, at their home located at at Northeast 136th Street and Fourth Avenue, when Gonzalez went to sleep. Pedrito awoke on Feb. 12 with his mother out of sight. Her pocketbook and cellphone were still inside the home. The front door was also unlocked. Family members said that it is unlike Gonzalez to leave her house without notifying the family first.

Gonzalez' sister-in-law said that neighbors allegedly saw Gonzalez wandering on Memorial Highway.

Family members will also hand our flyers on Saturday, at 7 a.m. at North Miami's "Get in Gear Community Bike Ride" at MOCA Plaza, located at 770 N.E. 125th St.

Anyone who has information regarding the whereabouts of Noemi Gonzalez are asked to contact Liz Gonzalez at 201-417-7689.

Sometimes, love can be hard to find in South Florida. The same can't be said for burgers, though. Tasty patties are everywhere. A new joint is offering up a unique take on this favorite comfort food. It's fresh, healthy and tastes like nothing you've tried before. Welcome to Burger Love.
