MIAMI (WSVN) -- Troubled pop star Justin Bieber went from sarcastic to angry to indifferent during a four-and-a-half-hour deposition stemming from an incident with a photographer.

"I don't have to listen to anything you have to say," an argumentative Bieber told attorney Mark DiCowden during the deposition, which took place in Miami on Thursday.

Bieber was in South Florida because he is being sued by photographer Jeffrey Binion, who said Bieber ordered bodyguard Hugo Hesny, 32, to rough him up in June as he snapped pictures of the 20-year-old outside The Hit Factory, a recording studio in Northeast Miami-Dade.

In video footage of the deposition obtained by TMZ, Bieber defended his bodyguard.

Justin Bieber: "Is he my son?"

Mark DiCowden: "Mr. Hesny works for you, correct?"

Justin Bieber: "Yeah."

Mark DiCowden: "OK. Have you ever disciplined Mr. Hesny?

Justin Bieber: "No."

Mark DiCowden: "On anything he's done, work-related."

Justin Bieber: "No, I don't discipline people."

At one point, Bieber compares the deposition to an interview with TV journalist and talk show host Katie Couric.

Mark DiCowden: "Was there anything funny in my question?"

Justin Bieber: "Well, I don't know, Katie Couric, you tell me."

Mark DiCowden: "Are you calling me Katie Couric?"

Justin Bieber: "No."

Mark DiCowden: "Is this interview amusing for you? Cause it's not. It's your deposition. Do you understand?"

Justin Bieber: "Yes."

Bieber taunted DiCowden, who is representing Binion, when he asked the star if he had been to Australia.

Mark DiCowden: "Do you remember being in Australia ever?"

Bieber: "I don't know if I have been to Australia. Have I been to Australia?"

Bieber became agitated and angry when DiCowden asked him about his ex-girlfriend, music, TV and film star Selena Gomez.

Mark DiCowden: "Sir, have you ever talked to Selena Gomez, and discussed your feeling about paparazzi

about her?"

Justin Bieber: "Don't ask me about her again."

When the lawyer continued to press the Canadian singer, an increasingly irate Bieber kept repeating, 'Don't ask me about her again" until his own attorney called for a break.

Binion refused to go on camera with 7News because he said he's been threatened by Bieber's fans. He did say that, after seeing the deposition, he is confident in his case against Bieber.

On Monday, Bieber posted on his Twitter account, "Love how some people love to twist and justify the horrible action of others. We all have a right to defend ourselves and feel harassed."

Here in So-Flo, we like to hang out half naked, especially in the summer, which is why eating healthy is so important to keep that bod in shape. I know eating healthy can be so boring. I mean, I wanna look good and feel good, but I don't wanna give up taste. I just found a healthy new joint that's both delicious and has me seriously considering becoming a vegan.

Our SoFlo home boy had to stay pretty jacked for the role that meant watching his diet, but when it was finally time to let loose, he knew just where to go.
