DAVIE, Fla. (AP) - Defensive tackle Randy Starks has signed a $12 million, two-year contract to remain with the Miami Dolphins.

Starks signed the deal Wednesday, less than 24 hours after he became a free agent. He spent the past six seasons with the Dolphins and has started 117 games in 10 NFL seasons.

Former Houston Texans defensive tackle Earl Mitchell signed a $16 million, four-year deal with the Dolphins, but they lost defensive tackle Paul Soliai, who joined the Atlanta Falcons.

Pro Bowl left tackle Branden Albert signed a $47 million, five-year deal with Miami on Wednesday, less than 24 hours after he agreed to terms.
