Captain America: The Winter Soldier

Posted: Updated:

There was some action at the box office this weekend. And the movies were pretty good too. The cast of the number one film at the box office, "Captain America: The Winter Soldier," told Deco why people loved it.

If you didn't make it to the theater this weekend you missed out on some great action courtesy of Captain America.

Sam Jackson - "The action pieces are great, but trying to figure out what's going on is even greater."

Sam's right. The story is intense and unexpected.

Sam Jackson - "It's actually a political thriller of sorts, and has a lot more intrigue than they're probably used to in terms of trying to figure out what actually going on, but I think that's a good thing."

But it's not all serious. Anthony Mackie -- he plays "The Falcon" -- adds some much-needed comic relief. And he's totally humble about it.

Anthony Mackie - "Being funny is very hard cause you can make anybody cry, but the idea of making people laugh is a very foreign emotion because everybody's comic bone is different."

The plot and humor is the sidekick of the film. The electrifying action is the super hero. The captain's fighting is stronger than ever.

Chris Evans - "Certainly more evolved, certainly more dynamic. In the first films, you know, he's kind of becoming acclimated to his abilities, and as a result the fighting, in my opinion, just felt powerful but basic."

In "The Winter Soldier," there's nothing basic about Cap's fighting, and Chris Evans stepped up to the challenge.

Chris Evans - "It felt to me that it was certainly more complex level of combat. In this movie we did motorcycle training, gymnastics training, all types of fight combat training, to really show his ability evolved."

All that training must have prepared the cast for real-life action.

Sebastian Stan - "That's the first thing that pops into your head when you're learning to do movie fighting is, you're thinking, 'Can I actually be in a real fight? Fortunately, I haven't been in a lot of real fights. I'm not really planning on it anytime soon."

I'll never forget the endless summers I spent on the coast of North Carolina. My shoulders were always kissed by the sun, my hair was continually salty from the ocean and my one-piece, bright blue bathing suit was my constant companion.

The last time I had on a pair of overalls, I was miles from civilization with a whip in my hand, an hysterical co-worker by my side and five angry cowboys staring me down.

I don't remember dying, but I did. Twice. It was a chilly Fall morning in October at a dentist's office in Santa Fe. My mom had escorted me to what was supposed to be a regular wisdom teeth extraction appointment.

Sometimes, love can be hard to find in South Florida. The same can't be said for burgers, though. Tasty patties are everywhere. A new joint is offering up a unique take on this favorite comfort food. It's fresh, healthy and tastes like nothing you've tried before. Welcome to Burger Love.
