Job fair to be held in Miami Lakes

MIAMI LAKES, Fla. (WSVN) -- Dozens of companies will be looking for employees Wednesday at a career fair in Miami Lakes.

The job fair will be held at Don Shula's Hotel, located at 6842 Main Street, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Several big name companies will be on hand interviewing candidates for about 2,500 positions. Some of the companies include, The Coca-Cola Company, Carnival Cruise Lines, Miami VA Healthcare and Walmart.

Officials said before candidates head out to the job fair, they need to pre-register online at www.jobnewsmiami.com. Then, print out your registration page and bring it with you.

There will be free admission and parking for the career fair.
