Posted: Updated:

Mother's Day is almost here. In case you're clueless it's Sunday. Don't fret if you haven't yet found the perfect gift. Why not take her to brunch at the Biltmore? Then leave her there cause their spa's got some rituals she's gonna love, including one with some detoxing gifts from the sea.

This is Journey to Guavonia, a sensuous spa ritual at the Biltmore in Coral Gables.

Charlotte Prescott: "Guava is so decadent. It's so intoxicatingly aromatic. It's a beautiful experience."

It's also a journey into the historic hotel's past as a guava farm.

Charlotte Prescott: "We really like to incorporate our history into every experience here at the Biltmore, and that's why Journey to Guavonia's so special to us."

Charlotte Prescott: "The ritual begins with a full body exfoliation using raw cane sugar scrub."

Infused with guava essence for anti-aging.

Charlotte Prescott: "Guava is a super fruit. It's full of Vitamin C and antioxidants. It tightens and tones the skin."

Next is a guava and coconut milk bath.

Charlotte Prescott: "Very nourishing, very hydrating, very relaxing. And you really get to taste it through your skin in this treatment."

You get to indulge your tastebuds too finish with a full body massage but you're not done yet. There's a warm oil hair treatment and scalp massage. Now you're guava good to go from head to toe.

Need a little detox? Try the Biltmore's Voyage of the Seas treatment.

Charlotte Prescott: "It's really for the spa goer who's looking for that therapeutic benefit."

You're a little mermaid soaking up treasures from the sea.

Charlotte Prescott: "What seaweed does is it's filled with all the minerals that we're depleted of on a daily basis. And we actually warm the seaweed first so it's a very decadent experience, but it helps to realase all those nutrients as well."

This starts with a full body scrub then a warm sensual seaweed soak.

Charlotte Prescott: "Then you're gonna be enveloped in long leaves of seaweed. We're actually gonna wrap you in pieces of seaweed. It's a very authentic experience so you're gonna smell like the seaside."

Finish with a full body massage and you are gonna leave feeling fresh and de-stressed.

Charlotte Prescott: "It's really a powerhouse of a treatment and of course We send everybody home with a little gift after both of these treatments."
