Brazilian-inspired Fashion

Posted: Updated:

You don't want to get red-carded when you are cheering on your favorite team during the World Cup. Style is just as important as sportiness. Sure, you can wear a jersey of your favorite team, but what's sexy about that? Deco Lynn is checking out these hot looks that are winning fashion game.

The eyes of the world are on Rio, but why not turn some heads in So-Flo in Brazilian-inspired fashion?

Candace Celmer: "Toxic Sadie is a sexy swimwear line. It has all Brazilian cuts, and it's based out of Miami, Florida."

When it comes to sexy suits, Brazilian cut is the way to go, so we grabbed some of the hottest looks and hit the Loews Hotel on South Beach to show 'em off.

Candace Celmer: "Brazilian cut gives you the little cheeky, the butt cleavage. Here on South Beach we have so much Latin flavor and so much different cultures, and I think we are really confident. Brazilian cut is the cut on the suit."

Strike a pose in the colors of your favorite team with bold bright suits, or dive right in, in black and white, just like a little soccer ball.

Candace Celmer: "We have all different kinds of colors, so you can support your team. You can support the country of Brazil or just wear black and white and just have soccer."

Wearing one of these suits will have your significant other saying, "Gooooooallllll!"

Candace Celmer: "You can go to a barbecue or beach or pool, and you aren't going to wear a lot of clothes at the beach or the pool, so you're are going to need a bathing suit while enjoying all the festivities of the World Cup."

If you want to support your team, still look sexy, but with a little more clothing on, check out Azul Boutique.

Candace Celmer: "Azul is a luxury men's and women's boutique in the Village of Merrick Park, and they carry a lot of Brazilian-styled fashions."

Azul may translate to the color blue, but you won't feel blue in this World Cup wear.

Candace Celmer: "The colors are, they are fun, they are exciting, they are bright, they are vibrant. And I think that's what Brazil and the World Cup is."

From girls to guys, everyone can sport their sporty looks.

Candace Celmer: "For the men they have amazing polos that represent the different countries, so you can really be dressed up in a collared shirt and be rooting for your team."

And they're bringing sexy back

Candace Celmer: "For the women they have the sexy backs and the bright colors, so just like we did for Toxic Sadie, we can represent your favorite team or soccer in general with the colors and the designs you are wearing."

Dress up in an ode to the Brazilian flag in a dress that is gold and green, or represent the world in a cut-out Mara Hoffman dress.

Candace Celmer: "It's very sexy. It represents all the fun colors on there, and it represents the black and white of the soccer ball. You can have fun with that and do it any way you want."

The World Cup has kicked off. Are you ready? Doesn't matter who you cheer for, as long as you look sexy doing it.

I'll never forget the endless summers I spent on the coast of North Carolina. My shoulders were always kissed by the sun, my hair was continually salty from the ocean and my one-piece, bright blue bathing suit was my constant companion.

The last time I had on a pair of overalls, I was miles from civilization with a whip in my hand, an hysterical co-worker by my side and five angry cowboys staring me down.

I don't remember dying, but I did. Twice. It was a chilly Fall morning in October at a dentist's office in Santa Fe. My mom had escorted me to what was supposed to be a regular wisdom teeth extraction appointment.
