Spa month

Posted: Updated:

Don't have any Fourth of July plans? It's Miami Spa Month and you can spend your holiday weekend getting pampered for less. 7s Belkys Nerey shows us where to get the most luxurious treatments for your money in tonight's Style File.

WSVN -- July may mean more scorching temps for South Florida but we don't mind being inside because July also kicks off Miami Spa Month.

Esti Prager: "This year there are two tiers of packages, so you have $99 packages and $129 packages."

Exhale Spa at the Loews Hotel Miami Beach is offering one of the best deals in the city. For $99, you can get a mani-pedi or a 60 minute massage, plus you get a one month membership to Exhale, which alone usually costs $170.

Esti Prager: "That gives you unlimited access to everything Exhale. Our amazing steam room, our jacuzzi, to our yoga classes, our core fusion classes."

Exhale Spa is known for their high-end skin care and during spa month, you can book an ultrasonic facial or a cool beam facial for $129.

Esti Prager: "The ultrasonic facial lets out ultrasonic waves out. It exfoliates the top layer of the skin without the harsh effects of microdermabrasion. The cool beam is a light-based therapy, it's a healing light, amazing for acne, for wrinkles."

The spa at ONE Bal Harbour Resort & Spa Miami is also looking to give you a fresher-looking face. One of their best offers is the oxygen rejuvenate facial for $129.

Laura Kain: "It is a 75-minute treatment. It's well known among the stars."

During the treatment, pure oxygen, vitamins and anti-aging serums are pumped through a pressurized airbrush to plump up your skin.

The other top pick is their ocean de-stress journey, a whole 90 minutes of bliss.

Laura Kain: "You will begin your journey with a wonderful bath, inspired by the ocean minerals, with salts and aromatherapy and then it's followed by a full body massage."

If you visit the spa on a Thursday, you'll enjoy a "spa-cicle."

Laura Kain: "Then you can enjoy the wonderful views and the pool in the hotel."

And if you don't have a pool to escape the sun's hot temps, National Hotel on South Beach is offering a summer pool pass for locals.

"It's one of the most famous pools in Miami."

Aimet Oberhausen: "The pool pass costs $25 per person, and it includes access to our iconic infinity pool, a towel and a chair and also a welcome drink."

After you're done taking a dip, relax with a poolside massage at a special price.

Aimet Oberhausen: "$99 for a 70-minute massage and the massage can be arranged at one of our private pool cabanas."

The pool pass at the National is valid from now until Sept 30. Miami Spa Month runs through Aug 31.

Sometimes, love can be hard to find in South Florida. The same can't be said for burgers, though. Tasty patties are everywhere. A new joint is offering up a unique take on this favorite comfort food. It's fresh, healthy and tastes like nothing you've tried before. Welcome to Burger Love.

Some people are good at putting out fires. They're called firefighters. Others are good at baking pies. They're called bakers. But one man is excellent at both. He's a crusty firefighter, and we mean that in a really good way.
