You know Deco loves food, but now we're loving the food and the cause. So bring your appetite, and if you want to know what you are eating, bring your night vision goggles.

Close your eyes and let your palate do all the work. Chef Adrianne Calvo's Dark Dining is taking a bite out of the dining experience.

Adrianne Calvo: "I would say it's the sexiest dining experience out there. Diners get to be blindfolded, not just in the dark; completely blindfolded, and it's a journey of the senses."

Chef Adrianne's Kendall restaurant is known for the Dark Dining events.

"There are certain ingredients, you know how they are going to taste, so imagine that flavor profile. By not seeing it, you're not expecting it."

This week, Dark Dining is two nights, Tuesday and Wednesday. And this week, you'll leave full and having given back to the community.

Adrianne Calvo: "It's the first time we are going two nights, and it's to benefit LiveLikeBella.org. Basically, this month's Dark Dining is to make it count."

One hundred percent of the proceeds from both nights of Dark Dining will go the Live Like Bella Foundation.

Adrianne Calvo: "For this one specifically, we are taking it over the top. We are doing over seven courses, three drinks. It's Dark Dining on steroids."

Bella Rodriguez-Torres' fight with cancer brought together the community, and her legacy and message live on in LiveLikeBella.org.

Shannah Rodriguez-Torres: "The Live Like Bella Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to finding a cure for pediatric cancer. We also help families who have a child in treatment for cancer."

Bella wanted everyone to live every moment to the fullest, and that's what Chef Adrianne is doing.

Adrianne Calvo: "I want people to experience this amazing night, a night they won't forget, and I wanted to make it count. It's funny, because Bella loved to eat. She loved to eat food, and she loved to cook, so this is perfect because Bella would always go 'mmm' when something tasted really good. And we know we are going to have a lot of mmm's this week at Chef Adrianne's."

Like all of the Dark Dining events, the chef picks the meal, and it's up to you to taste your way through. But this one is a little more special.

Shannah Rodriguez-Torres: "Even though Bella isn't on Earth with us, the whole community has come to together to continue her legacy and her memory, and continue to honor her."

Mattie McDonald was one of the prettiest women I'd ever seen. She had light green eyes, dark brown hair and milky white skin. When she wafted by me, she smelled of lavender, honeysuckle and some other hypnotizing perfume I couldn't quite put my finger on. I spent a lot of my spare time daydreaming about her and not just because I wanted to know her. Ultimately, I wanted to be her.
