Going out on a date can set you back a lot. Even a movie with popcorn and drinks can run you 50 bucks! But Deco found a hot spot to date in Downtown Miami. You get popcorn, drinks and a live show, too.

Francisco Tardio: "Basically, the deal is, they get two tickets for one show, two sangrias and unlimited popcorn."

At 15 bucks, it’s not a big investment in money or even time.
Francisco Tardio: "It’s a concept that came from Spain, which is short theater plays, no longer than 15 minutes, in small spaces, for an audience of 15 people, no more."
The plays are in English or Spanish and are presented by the Spanish Cultural Center in Downtown Miami. They’re performed in shipping containers!
Theatergoer: "We haven’t spent a full night together in three years, and it’s something that we need to do!"
There are seven plays in seven containers. One of them is romantic, and funny, too, in a "Freaky Friday" kinda way.
And the audience becomes part of the show.
Francisco Tardio: "The audience is so so close to the actors that it’s a very, very intense experience."
Forget the actors. If your date’s going well, you can extend it with more shows at just $5 apiece.
Francisco Tardio: "First dates work really well, but also couples that have been together for a long time come here because it’s a very special experience."
The $15 date nights are on Thursdays from 8 to 11 p.m. and Sundays from 7 to 10 p.m. All you gotta do is mention Deco Drive to get the deal.
