RENO, Nev. (WSVN) — Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush may have had a slip of the tongue when it comes to his presidential plans.

Bush was attending a rally in Reno, Nevada, where he was touting some of his ideas and visions … should he decide to run. Afterward, he met with reporters in a hallway and seemed to have made an accidental announcement. “I’m running for President in 2016, and the focus is going to be about how we, if I run, how do you create high, sustained economic growth where more people have a chance at earned success,” Bush said. “I will apply my record, and the ideas that are relevant going forward to all of us.”

The former Florida Governor has not officially announced if he will seek the Republican nomination. Bush told the reporters he would make up his mind soon on whether to run.

If Bush does run, he would be the seventh person to announce on the GOP side. The field of candidates includes Florida Senator Marco Rubio.
