AVENTURA, FLA. (WSVN) — Florida’s largest shopping mall will soon go under a $213.5 million expansion, according to the South Florida Business Journal.
The construction loan was provided by JPMorgan Chase Bank and will expand the mall 315,000 square feet.
The mall will be adding more restaurants and a VIP lounge for stores to cater to their best customers, the South Florida Business Journal reports. Click here for more.
Aventura Mall is located at 9501 Biscayne Blvd and is the third largest mall in the United States. It currently has 2.7 million square feet of space.
