Sunday Rain
Posted by Vivian Gonzalez
Weekend Weather: South Florida today we have a slot of drier air around and that should keep conditions mostly dry. However, I am leaving the chance of seeing early passing showers and the sea breeze collisions to form isolated storms out West. By Sunday, this is where the weather will change. An upper-level low will move our way dragging tropical moisture. This feature will be increasing our rain chance to a 50% and 40% for Monday with lingering moisture around... so keep in mind we will be seeing periods of clouds and rain on Sunday and possibly through Monday.
On Tuesday, look for an area of high pressure to build behind the exiting upper-level low to bring down the rain chances. There is also some indication that a batch of African dust may move in by Wednesday creating hazy skies. This is both good and bad South Florida. The dust creates gorgeous sunsets, but is not good for those who suffer from allergies.

Tropical Update: All is quiet.
Have a wonderful weekend South Florida and make it a safe one!
