Hot & Hazy......
Say goodbye to the wet and stormy weather. South Florida is in for a big change all thanks to an area of high pressure moving in from the Western Atlantic. This area of high pressure will provide for a dry stable atmosphere which will allow for an abundant amount of sunshine to heat us up. Highs are forecasted in the lower 90's with " feels like" temperatures anywhere from 100°-105°. With heat like this its important you stay hydrated and take breaks inside air conditioned buildings. You will notice a bit of a haze around today and tonight. That haze is Saharan dust that will move in from the western Atlantic today and will remain in place until Friday. This weather pattern will keep our rain chances down as we lead into the weekend.
